What are your store hours right now?

Our current hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. These hours are subject to change, but will be announced via Facebook and Instagram, and on this website. 

 

Can I do curbside pick up or local delivery?

Yes! If you are feeling uneasy about shopping in public, or just plain busy, you can order by website, phone, Facebook or Instagram. Please read below for more info. on each option. 

 

CURBSIDE PICKUP:

If shopping the website, please choose the "In Store/Curbside pickup" option checkout.

You can also contact us via social media or phone if you are interested in purchasing something that isn't on the website. If the items of interest are still available, we can then set up a custom order for you through the website, or you can pay by Venmo, Paypal or a credit card over the phone. 

***Curbside pickup orders purchased Monday - Saturday will typically be ready for pickup within 24 hours. Orders purchased on Sunday's will typically be ready within 48 hours. 

Curbside Pickup Instructions:

1. ***Please wait for a verification email/message/phone call that your items are ready before you drive to the store.

2. When you arrive at the store, you have the option of calling us at 508-347-9085 so we can deliver your order to your vehicle, or you can stop in to let us know you have arrived. Please have your order number ready.

4. Your order will be boxed/bagged and ready to go in advance. We will try to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, but please know there might be a short wait if we are assisting other customers.

LOCAL DELIVERY (within 15 miles of Sturbridge):

 

If shopping the website, please choose the "Sturbridge Local Delivery" option checkout. 

You can also contact us via social media or phone if you are interested in purchasing something that isn't on the website. If the items of interest are still available, we can then set up a custom order for you through the website, or you can pay by Venmo, Paypal or a credit card over the phone. 

Local delivery is free for purchases over $50, and $5 for purchases less than that. 

Unless otherwise discussed, local delivery is available Tuesday - Saturday from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We can typically deliver your items within 1 - 2 days of purchase on Tuesday - Saturday, and within 2 - 3 days for purchases made on Sunday's.

***Please arrange a time frame for plant deliveries. 

A photo will be take upon delivery as confirmation. 

Local Delivery Instructions:

1. Please be sure to note the following at checkout:

    > Where should we deliver your items? (Your front porch, your mailbox etc.)

    > Do you need us to deliver on a certain day or time?

2. ***If you have ordered live plants, please offer us a time frame for delivery. We are not responsible for damage to plants that have been left outdoors for too long.

Shipping

***Please note: We do not ship live plants.

 

We are currently using USPS first class mail within the continental U.S. Items are ready to ship within 1 – 3 business days, with the exception of items that are made to order. Any "made to order" items are ready to ship within 2 – 4 business days. Every order will receive a tracking number.

Returns

Plant purchases are final. All other items purchased online can be returned for a store credit or refund within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as they are still in their original and unused condition. 

You can mail items back to us (buyers are responsible for return shipping costs at this time), or you can return them to the store during our store hours.

If items are still in their original and unused condition, a refund will be issued within three business days of our receipt, to the credit/debit card or PayPal account you used to originally purchase the items with. It may take longer for the refund to show up in your bank or PayPal account.

To start the return process please email us at info@thepaintedstoneemporium.com , or message us on Facebook or Instagram for the quickest response. You can also stop in or call us at 508-347-9085 during store hours, or you can leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that our store location does not have a mail receptacle.

Covid-19 Information:

> Masks must be worn inside the shop as required by state regulation. Masks are available for $2.00 each if you do not have one.

> There is a twelve person maximum allowed in the store at one time per order of state regulation.

> Sampling of products  and trying on clothing has been prohibited by state regulation.

> Hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content is available at the front counter.

> Countertops, doorknobs  and other frequently used surfaces will be sanitized regularly throughout the day.

> Public bathrooms are prohibited by state regulation.

> Please adhere to social distancing measures (remaining at least 6 ft. apart from those outside your group).

> If you feel sick, please stay home.
